Dennis was very helpful, friendly, and efficient in setting me up in the facility. It is a new complex, very clean, great air conditioning, on the edge of town. Two days after I locked in my price, which was a fair price, it went up significantly. Lucky me, but not so for those following. Storage Sense should not do that, not cool at all.
William was so kind and helpful prior to checkin and the day of move in. The storage unit and building are very clean.
Had some issues with online sign up for the storage space I had reserved. The customer service representatives helped me along the process in a understanding and helpful manner.
