Troy at extra space storage had great customer service, very easy to talk to on the phone, easy set up of lease and payment. now that I am moved into my unit I must add how astounding the place is! My unit was squeeky clean upon arrival, the doors that lead to the interior actually have a hook on them so no need to worry about having to try to hold it/prop it open and the floors in the place have this supper smooth concrete finish which allows for easy sliding of boxes and totes but no need to even slide your stuff they have carts available for you to use in each section. Not to include my unit is $50 cheaper then my last one and 4 square feet bigger. 10/10 would recommend.
easy to find in a good location. very friendly. quick easy process to get in and all paperwork done. price was good until they added on the extra cost for the insurance but all in all very happy.
