Awesome price and service
Great customer service! I had my 2-year old granddaughter with me while signing up for my unit. The agent was very kind and patient. The pricing for unit is fair and the location convenient.

A woman named Monique helped me get set up and showed me my unit. She was amazing and very helpful. The building and my unit were both maintained and clean. I definitely recommend the ward rd. location for your storage needs.

I needed a last minute moving truck for a few days and Jess came through! She made it a very easy and efficient process where I wouldn’t even think about using U-Haul or budget again! From the moment I walked in she went above and beyond to help me get everything set up quickly and smoothly. Her customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. She’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people. You can tell she takes pride in running the place well. The facility is clean, organized, and the whole process was easy thanks to her. If you need storage, this is the place to go—and Jessica is the reason why. She’s a rockstar. Highly recommend!
