The customer service representative was professional and willing to answer all my questions. She was able to process my paperwork in a timely manor after showing me a couple of units that would satisfy my storage needs. The facility was clean and I felt comfortable with renting future units from them. A job well done!
Had an excellent experience renting a 2nd unit, that was needed for a move/sort/move on short notice. Tierra there was super responsive in customizing a solution that worked perfectly for us. She was able to arrange for a unit near the existing one to make sorting and consolidation easy. Tierra assisted us with Public Storage's website for a great rate & the setup monthly autopay. She arranged to access to the unit & lock, which was a nice option. A big THANK YOU to Tierra for destressing this part of our lives.
