I needed this storage unit for my mom who is coming to live with us. We were very impressed with it. The size, price, & facility are all PERFECT!
The communication was great. However I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive a receipt or lease agreement. When speaking with the representative on the phone she did mentioned the emails were sent unfortunately I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive the emails. While speaking on the phone she resent them and unfortunately I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive them. I was receiving other emails at that time. I believe it maybe on your end (server). She was looking into it. Everything else has been fine. Send when you can. Thanks David
