The communication was great. However I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive a receipt or lease agreement. When speaking with the representative on the phone she did mentioned the emails were sent unfortunately I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive the emails. While speaking on the phone she resent them and unfortunately I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive them. I was receiving other emails at that time. I believe it maybe on your end (server). She was looking into it. Everything else has been fine. Send when you can. Thanks David

I’m renting a unit from them. I contractually agreed to pay the balance every 24th. Starting may 24th I then received a email claiming the my balance was due June 1st. Eight days after initial payment. Which I never agreed to. In the process I repeatedly attempted to reach out with no answer, and no response. In the process of reaching out I ensured that my payment was in my account on the 24th of every month. Still no answer still no response still no resolution. I then received two false documents claiming I agreed to the 1st. I have the original contract. I then received a email claiming my items would be auctioned off. All the meanwhile still attempting to reach out. Then the day after receiving the auction email a phone call was finally answered. Resulting in the payment being made multiple undisclosed fees being paid. If I could rate it less than one star I would.
Tisha MeThe Good and The bad , when renting the unit advertising is misleading. The units are advertised as climate controlled, outside units . When renting a storage unit The key aspect to an outside unit is you can normally drive up to it. You can't drive up to your unit. So if you have large items or ones you don't want to have to lug into a building then you have been mislead and this place isn't for you. If you don't mind hauling things inside then the 24 hour access to a well lit and well air conditioned facility then this is a great place. I had to get a unit quickly after having a storm hit at night while we were moving things between an puppy camper and our new full size camper . We needed to get a bunch of stuff out of the weather quick . So I got a unit quickly and threw everything in my explorer then sorted through my stuff there so I could repack it correctly without it getting wet and dirty. I was able to sort through my stuff , In air conditioning not rushed and overwhelmed. SO I could pack it correctly and make life so much easier
