I have used a few storage facilities in the area since moving to northern VA over 20 years ago. This facility has been my favorite. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facility is in a great location, competitively priced and is clean, safe and secure.
I wanted a good deal for regular storage at a location that's close to my home. This is that place.

Very good customer service. Free metal shelving is a huge plus to better utilize the vertical space and store small items. Unit is clean and the location feels secure.
Renting on sparefoot and checking in at Mini U Storage was really fast, flexible, and friendly. I got almost $100 discount by renting it online, and then when I wanted to change units on site upon arrival, the owners of the storage company easily did it for me. They were very friendly and helpful, The place felt secure, and it was easy for my rather large moving truck to get around.
