It would be much better if you can improve the walkway floor inside the building to make it easy for your customers to use the wheel carts that fully loading of the heavy stuff/belongings from outside into their individual units.

I would just have to say Ms. Mo at public storage has been the best in helping me with all my storage needs and hands down is one of the best customer service representatives I've run across in a long time. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking to rent a storage space in the area.
