I rented 2 units back in 2021 when I had to move. The units are great. The price is not. The original price for both was just about $180…including the unit mandatory insurance..(which is bs and also rises $$ every year) Now, as of next month, 4 years later, my rent has more than doubled. I have been stuck on the West Coast. I cannot come get my belongings. I call and ask for suggestions, they say ‘Come and rent new units and move your belongings so your rent will reset’ REALLY? That is absurd. This is a horrible way to do business. I do not recommend this storage company for long term storage solutions. This is why I gave it a low rating. The employees have nothing to do with the company policies.

Kim was courteous,kind,empathetic and very patient. Just talking to her and having that interaction made a very stressful situation extremely bearable. The staff at the Centerbrooke Ln location are the Best. They are helpful, understanding and very watchful. I feel very safe, as does my volunteers and workers .
