After making my reservation to look at the space, I got a call from a staff member to verify the reservation and ask if I needed anything before my appointment. Staff was friendly and professional, location was very clean and well lit. No sign of bugs or rodents.
The employee drove us around to look at available units closer to the entrance. Received excellent service...great overall expwriencr!
