Truly don't know how they have so many five stars. From the beginning this has been a bad experience. I will encourage everyone I know to choose a different location. They will charge you for a lock and say you can get refunded if you bring your own. This is a lie because nobody is in office and nobody answers the phone or returns your calls to assist you. They lie about the advertised space sizes. For a 10 foot by 10 foot you're lucky for usable space to be more of 9 and a half foot by 9 and a half foot. Shady business, rent anywhere else

I originally used the app to rent my unit so Gina met me up front and then again at my unit giving me the ins and outs and when I encountered a small issue as far as my unit size Gina was happy to help me figure everything out and got me into the perfect unit. The energy is good here the property is clean and bright smells good good lighting great security. One thing that is great and convenient is that your phone (on the public storage app) works as a key card to gain access thru the gate and doors. Thanks to public storage and a special thanks to Gina I feel at ease with my decision to store my belongings here (:
