Move in was super smooth!
Had a bit of trouble finding which gate to enter in front as the larger storage units are in a separate location than the smaller ones. After finding the unit, everything was super smooth. No face to face interaction required making the whole move very covid friendly.

Jose is one of the best customer service employees I have ever met. I had troubles with 3 different call center people trying to make a reservation. They all made on but when I got her Uhaul full he couldn’t find the reservation numbers. We called to line again they were no help . He finally said hang up and he helped me grab a unit my size and the day of. He is amazing he as a manger manages two properties over 3000 units alone he goes back and forth hard working and I hope when you see him you give him respect he deserves. He is definitely humble I’m so thankful he was here. Or I would have to wait for two days to find a unit would have cost me more money .

He escorted me to where the unit is located and showed me how to use the lock. My unit is clean and easily accessed through two doors. I've come and gone from the facility countless time since storing my belongings 3 months ago. I'm impressed with the value I get with Public Storage. Thank you!!
