Super friendly and helpful staff, answered all of my questions and needs, as well as keeping the facility clean; normally you'll see people just walk past garbage, but Madelyn made it her mission to keep the premises clean. With clean facilities, low prices, and friendly staff, I'm super glad I went with Public Storage in Bothell. Thanks Madelyn, you're the bee's knees!

I rented my storage unit from Rod and he made sure my questions were answered and that I had all of the information that I needed before renting. The storage unit that I chose was clean. This climate controlled facility has a bathroom and two elevators along with several flatbed carts by the loading area as well as several security cameras for added peace of mind.
