Fast, Easy, Friendly!
Walked in to friendly staff who helped me get situated right away! Brian helped me find the perfect storage unit and size and I was able to use it right away! The facility is secured and monitored, so I feel safe storing my things and accessing them.
Great Customer Service!
I had a great experience here. I was feeling frustrated trying to book my space online, not knowing how much space I would need, and I stopped in for help. Kim kindly walked me through the process, while maintaining social distancing, in a short amount of time and through much laughter, I was able to get the correct size of unit and get my classroom surplus items stored safely.

This place is terrible… Ive had my stuff in here for years… they keep jacking up the rate and telling me “the price fluctuates with the demand”… ok fine so I upgraded to 10x25 7 months ago for the same price as my 7.5x10… within that 7 months it went up from $276 to now $498… I got no notification of a price increase in email or even in ps app. I have auto pay on!! Ok so maybe demand is high? Then why is the same unit $302 to rent right now on their own app?? And they want an extra $40 for 24/7 access??? Their gate has had issues 3 times now and tonight it was stuck open conveniently for thieves… good luck calling the location manager also… I have had enough of this place.

Nick GiersdorfI recently used Public Storage and I am extremely pleased with my experience. The prices were great for a climate controlled, 5x10 storage unit - and the setup process was easy. I didn't need to check-in, or talk to a single person, even the first time I accessed the space. All access was done wirelessly and through their mobile app, making it very convenient. The facility was very clean and felt safe. The location was also great, as it was easily accessible and close to public transportation. The unit itself was clean and secure, and it was easy to access. I was also impressed with the security measures that Public Storage has in place. The facilities are well-lit and have security cameras, and they offer 24-hour access. They offer a great value for the price, and they have a convenient location and a wide variety of storage unit sizes and types. Scott was especially helpful on my move out day. Thank you Scott! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and secure self-storage unit.
John BlumI highly recommend you do NOT rent here. With zero notification, they just increased my monthly amount by over 43% due to “market fluctuations”. They get you to commit to a promotional price, sign the contract, and then choose to not honor that contractual amount. It’s interesting that a contract amount is honored on my mortgage payment, car payment, phone payment, etc, but not with Public Storage. Wish I could suddenly decide to pay less for my unit based on “market fluctuations”, but alas, this seems to be a one way street. I will be cancelling my unit here shortly, just not a fair way to do business (especially to a military family). Please do not be deceived like I was, there are better storage businesses in the local area to partner with.
