I’ve been a customer here for nearly a year. All i can say is that Doug and Charity rocked it out loud. Very professional. Smooth transaction, stellar customer service, good value.
Coming from a facility that had the rudest management and a dirty facility, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve definitely upgraded. The process was extremely quick, all while it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel rushed! I received a text asking if I knew what time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be in the office to sign my lease so that the manager was there to assist me and not out on the property which I love! After moving in my door got jammed. It was 40 minutes after closing and the manager stayed to assist. She even helped me load my items on a cart and helped move them to a new unit. Thank you so much to Charity(the manager). You made my move so much easier than I was expecting!
Good spot with good price. No complaints
The facility was nice, made move in easy. They also refunded my discount which was not originally applied when I completed the move in paperwork online.
When k drove up I noticed how clean the grounds were. I was greater very friendly. I was given all the information I needed . The lobby smelled amazing and I was given great service.
