Everything went in very smoothly. I like using the app. Very helpful.
Dora helped me rent a unit at this facility a couple of years back and recognized me as a return customer. She helped me cut through the paperwork and took me on a tour of the site, providing updated work on the property and increased security to the various units. Dora is absolutely wonderful and Public Storage is lucky to have her.
My representative was Dora. She explained everything easily and quickly. she was so knowledgable and if I could I would give her six stars.
Working with the website to get the storage unit that I needed was simple. It was nice to have the phone calls the remind me about the date. Customer service was great in person.
Public Storage was fantastic! McChelle in the office was so friendly and helpful. She showed us the size unit we were considering and made sure we had the relevant information we needed to make our decision. When we went in the next day, the gentleman working was just terrific! He got us a unit, showed us the most secure way to lock up and discussed all the safety features of the complex. We completed the paperwork and were ready to move in swiftly. Aside from being clean and secure, the prices are the best ones we've found. Totally recommend them! 10* stars!
