I wanted to make this review sooner and more detailed w names because they were so nice but unfortunately I will have to update this in the future if I can. But I believe a certain blonde haired woman and a tall male of color helped me at this location and they were so thorough, kind, answered every question and explained every process without being over informative, were easy to understand even for my parents who dont have English as their first language. I included descriptions so they can get credit for their awesome hospitality and customer service, but i dont have the best memory in terms of recognizing people I have only met once. Nevertheless, they also have awesome deals and the website was detailed and aligned with what was true at the location which is very helpful when viewing your options online. Thank you public storage!!! I recommend you guys to everyone that asks if they dont already know, but I think it's probably clear you kill the storage game:)

I was going to a Uhaul storage a few miles away from here but they had a whole mess there. I decided to cancel that reservation and looked up a different storage solution nearby. Luckily Lisa from this location reached out after I called public storage and gave them my information and storage size request. Not only did Lisa help me get situated right away she also helped me solve an extra storage issue I was having which potentially helped me save $100’s a month with her idea! Definitely recommend this place especially if Lisa is available.
