Pros: Lemlem was chatty and interested in what we were up to. Storage locker area and the locker itself was perfectly clean and set up for our arrival. There were dollies for free use that helped a lot with moving stuff. Cons: Our storage locker was on the top floor so there was quite a lot of waiting in the elevator (neither elevator was a service elevator that we could fill in one go) We brought our own cylinder lock to avoid a fee using the provided ones. Overall experience was great. Can't ask for more. This storage locker absolutely does it's job.

Lemlem was absolutely amazing and made a stressful situation so much easier for me. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire process. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference, especially during difficult times. Public Storage is lucky to have her, and I’m very grateful for her support and professionalism. I recently moved from out-of-state and had to rent my storage unit online and site unseen. I chose this location over the many others in the area based on price, convenience, and the great reviews. And it did not disappoint! First of all, the other reviewers are correct in saying that Lemlem is an outstanding property manager. I personally experienced this too, she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and even requested her schedule change on a Sunday because she wanted to make sure she was available for my arrival since I told her I might want to switch units. Unfortunately, I had to postpone my move at the last minute, which I felt horrible about but she was understanding. I feel that I made the right choice to go with this property, especially with Lemlem at the helm. She is a friendly, knowledgeable and hard working individual who cares about her customer’s satisfaction - which is a rare thing these days. Ultimately, I got a great deal on a unit close to the elevator, which is something I had hoped for, at a facility that is staffed by an exceptional property manager.

BE AWARE!!! DO NOT!! USE THIS COMPANY!! It’s very easy to steal from this storage!! And nobody will ever do anything about it, not the staff or police. We were in unit 5155 on the 5th floor and we got robbed! The thieves got inside through the gap at the very top of the storage unit, all this happened at the beginning of September 2025 and we left by the end of the month and Public Storage NEVER fixed the damage that the thieves caused to my unit, anyone could’ve get in and out again!! I’m convinced that this was an inside job, because how did the thieves knew what was inside and that i didn’t have insurance. There was a police report, I’m sure police looked at the cameras and found nothing, oh and I think someone is living in the unit next to it 5154 because smells like BO. I noticed old reviews from people complaining about the same, but they said that reviews were getting hidden or not posted, I hope doesn’t happen to me because it’s very important that people know about this, I wish I knew.
