Greg, the owner of Houk Storage, paid attention to the storage unit I am now renting. He found that I had mistakenly locked the bolt in the OPEN position, called me right away and said he would keep an eye on it until I could get there to correct the situation. I met Greg, when I returned to lock the door. He cares about keeping his facility clean - not only litter, but ensuring renters do not abuse use of the property.
