Simply put best value around!
Overall best move-in deal and lowest monthly rate in Spokane and the surrounding areas including Medical Lake Airway heights Spokane valley I looked everywhere and have rented from a few different places already like ABC U-Haul and Monarch. The only downside is that it does not have 24-hour access. But most likely if you're not doing things that you shouldn't be that's probably not an issue ? the best perk is the digital access because with the app on your phone you can simply tap open on whatever door you choose to automatically open the doors instead of entering codes. If you're looking for a place to store your stuff come check this one out. Have a wonderful day Spokane, PEACE.

Fantastic people out the desk made sure I had every bit of information I could have possibly needed to find my unit set up my account and walk me through the system and make sure any of my questions were answered. I really felt at home right off the back. Highly highly recommended and budget friendly. Also everything is so clean!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience confirming that this is where I can safely store our belongings as my father chose this space years ago, and it says a lot when someone stays working in the same place. The manager was very friendly and willing to show me the ropes for my first experience renting a storage unit, even took me to my unit and showed me how to use the lock, computer access and building security. My unit was clean and ready to go. Very pleased with the service so far.
Phyllis HughesI really enjoyed the service, but what I did not like is when they just went up on my storage without letting me know. It went from $89.00 dollars a month to $166.00 dollars that was not okay. The only reason why I found out was I read my bank statement. When I contacted them the only thing the representative had to say was well that’s how much all the other storages are going for. I feel like they did warn me about the new charges was because they new I would have left they services. So for that reason I am giving them a 1 star.
