The unit was the correct size for a good price. Easy to move into with good customer service

Doing everything online was nice and easy only problem we had was we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know that their was another lot just Down the road a bit so was a little difficult finding our space. Would be nice to have posted somewhere about 2nd lot/location But other than that very good and quick contactless experience

Filling out the forms was easy enough to do on my phone however, originally I started trying to complete on the computer but for some of the radio button choices questions that are mandatory did not recognize my response / choice Which unfortunately didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t allow me to continue, however I was able to complete the process easily on my phone!ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ The facility called me to check in with me make sure everything was going OK and if I had any questions, Janelle was extremely helpful, polite and professional! She did warn me that sometimes the on-line form process can be a bit buggy at times Which, of course, as I mentioned earlier did happen to me while trying to fill out on the computer, but again worked fine using phone otherwise it was a very good experience!
