Overall I’m definitely satisfied. I needed a unit and was able to finish the whole process and move our stuff into it in one day. Very kind, helpful and personable staff as well. The monthly cost ended up being more than I was expecting but it is still a good deal comparatively.
The code I was given to the place did not work. I had to call customer service to get help and was given a new code to access the storage u it. Thank goodness someone was around to answer the phone on a Sunday.
