Customer service was helpful and our storage unit is clean and spacious
Reserved a unit online. Showed up to check in and no one was at the office. Called customer service and she told me there are more fees that were not disclosed in my reservation. Some very unprofessional man finally showed up to office. Walked in to discuss fees and he acted like I was bothering him and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care if I rented or not. Said he had 5 units and was extremely busy. Smelled like smoke or worse and shrugged his shoulders when I told him I had it in writing on my reservation. Anyway, wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rent there if it were free due to not disclosing fees, lying and unprofessionalism. Nasty and rude!
