Excellent facility and very kind and competent staff.
I and my son each have a unit at Self Storage Plus, and we have been finding the facility 100% excellent physically and the staff is helpful, friendly and quite competent. Thanks for providing us help while we need it.

Definitely a frustrated! I have had my unit there since the end of July, I looked online and they had a promotion so the payment was less expensive just for the first month, and I actually ended up renting 2 units the same size. Every other month after that was $97 (for 1 unit, so every month i knew to expect to pay about $200)which is fine! It's what was advertised so I didn't have a problem. Every single payment after was $97 for each, and now suddenly this month, the payment became $127(!!) For Each unit and that price is With my military discount. No warning, no email saying prices were going up, no notice, nothing. So I called and the employee i spoke to said "oh that's the online price, our in store price is different and the price will slowly increase with every payment until you reach the in store price", which first off, every payment was $97 no slow increase, nothing. She also told me it says it in the renters agreement, So I went back to read the agreement and it said Nothing about that, in fact it does say "RENT: The monthly rent shall be the amount stated above..." And also says "...Operator may change the rent or any other charge or fee by giving Occupant thirty (30) days advance written notice at the address stated in this Agreement. The new rent shall become effective on the first day of the next month that the rent is due..." As I stated, no notice was given. Unless something changes, I will not be using these storage units again after removing my belongings.

Marilyn PaigeWhen you talk to customer service 1-800 number they give you a cheaper price. Go in the office they will not honor that price, their quote is much higher. You pay for the unit, $28 application fee, $14 for insurance, $15.99 for a key and if you are late 30% of the bill. The units are clean

sharlene harrisPlease do not store your stuff here! I paid $280 a month for climate control unit, when I stopped by to check on my stuff the a/c unit broke everything smelled and was covered in mold! The back of unit had a water leak destroyed 5 boxes of pictures and articles about our family history. Furniture, pictures, glasses, clothes all ruined. The a/c was not working for 6 or so months. Still have not heard back after filing a claim on 7/29
