This is a very nice place to store things I don't need at home.
Top flight storage facility
From the moment I made my reservation, Devon Self-Storage in Eau Claire WI went above and beyond my expectations. Bill followed up with me immediately to schedule a tour of my unit. Upon arrival, Joe met with me and did a great job of leading me on a tour as well as expediting my paperwork and answering all my questions. I want to also point out this is the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. Thanks guys!
Very easy process 20 minutes tops
Had a great experience and the building is brand new great job
Nice facility had a couple issues.
Clean facility. On our move in day there were no carts to be found. One of the entrance doors was not working making entering & exiting more confusing & difficult. Not a great first impression but customer service was good and nice facility so hoping these glitches are not common.

I wasn’t sure I would rent a space today or wait until next week. Bill was so kind and knowledgeable that I decided to rent a space today. The facility is well maintained and has bathrooms. Signing up was super easy. Highly recommended.

Wyatt SkokOnline makes it seem easy and straightforward…. Units are hard to get to, no maps of the layout of storage units. I paid for a unit online and was randomly assigned a unit. I never stored anything, canceled my two days after because of the inconvenience. They don’t issue refunds and there are extra charges they hide when signing up. Overall annoying don’t recommend.
