Good there was dust on the floor
Cody has been very helpful and professional assisting us during this process.
Really simple, lady on the phone helps with everything, answers any questions, they offerinsurance at monthly rate very pleased.
Everything went well, except, there was soo much ice everywhere, I almost fell several times!! In my opinion, those gutter drains should have gone under the cement instead of on top. It's a real slip Hazzard for anyone trying to walk around there!!
Nice facility. It appears to be secure as it has a fence around the place and requires an access code to enter. The monthly rate was fair but disappointed that I had to pay a one-time $25 "administration fee". Not sure why this was necessary. Maybe to pay the guy in Austin TX to take the phone call and make the reservation for a unit in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Thought I was working with a local individual but found out the owner is from the Twin Cities.
