The unit is good size for my items. Great customer care on support on internet password; I was having password troubles and it got solved plus when I went to unit no lock and key but when I called back the customer care called management and management dropped lock and key the next day. Excellent service and good prices on unit.
Lori Arneson5 star on keeping it accessible. Snow plowed etc. BUT if you even a little late on your payment, expect to have it double locked. And prices have increased quite a bit. And then you have to wait for them to unlock it. No patience there. But overall, I had been there for years, so it was good.

Unit was dry and nothing was damaged during my rental agreement. Also, they have lighting at night so if you need to make a late night run youre safe.
