Great Prices but HORRIBLE at getting a live agent on phone, email or their Kiosk they claim can connect you to an agent. They changed their storage unit doors for all unitd that is a big improvement but replaced my lock with another. Unable to see if they have a key or not since the office is never open. I live in Virginia and now in Cheyenne unable to open my storage unit. Plus why should I pay for expense of lock smith when Kangaroo are the ones who did not place my old lock on the new door? UPDATE NOV 1 2022 Had to drop star rating from 3 to 2 because I sent more email and used their contact form on the website. Still no response. However, I did receive my statement saying my autopayment for November was successful. Kiosk advertises to link now with a live agent. That always fails ... see pictures. If you don't need to interact with the office this place may be for you. I do caution if you do need customer service they do not respond. Did some research with WY Secretary of State the Corp owners are in Colorado and yes left a VM and have no response as of this review.

She is so kind, professional, and has really made the experience so pleasant. These days customer service seems to be lacking in most places, but she really has a great attitude and makes this business shine. I believe that she is an asset to this company 100%, so any higher ups I hope you take notice of this exemplary employee.
